First Telecommunications

I contracted FirstTel for a business phone system that was installed in May and here is is in August and I am still waiting for training on the reporting (requested multiple times) and I am still waiting for several phones to be reprogrammed so they can be used from remote locations (which I was promised would be no problem.) I also switched my telephone service through them and my sales rep, Parker, calculated my savings incorrectly - I sent him my old telephone bills and he sent me an excel sheet showing how much money I would save with the new service, but he calculated it based on the number of calls, not the minutes, and my savings is MUCH less than he projected. The installation of the phones and the training was also a mess. There is nothing they can do now about the installation or the money I have to pay, that is all water under the bridge, but the training and programming could be done any time! I have expressed my dissatisfaction via multiple emails and the sales rep Parker has been rude. If FirstTel eventually delivers on their promises I may change my rating of their business, but for now I would warn anyone to stay far away from this company.
