This is just ridiculous. Don't tell me to contact you for help because no one at your company can figure it out. Internet drops to 1 mbps literally every 5 minutes, and I mean literally, the customer support watched my internet do this on speed test with my modem hooked directly to my computer, no interference. They sent a tech out and there is no solution, called again, same thing sent tech out, no solution. We play xbox one in our house and the internet dropping to that speed kicks us from any game. No it's not the router, no it's not how many devices are connected to wifi, it does this when the xbox is hooked directly to the modem. As I said, it is not peak times the internet is doing this. Every 5 mins all day long my internet drops to 1mbps. Literally EVERY 5 mins, your customer support even told me how weird he thought it was. Again, you have not helped at all, you've sent techs out with no fix on 3 different occasions. I know most people in Springports community and have many friends who play Xbox with the same package I have, that are not running into this issue.

Overpriced is an understatement. We pay approximately $100ish for the step above basic cable. We also get 2Mbit/s. The speed is a joke and you have to have cable in order to have internet service provided. Fingers crossed Uverse or Xfinity make it out here soon. Just an update the picture was taken with all other devices off and unplugged and I can't even reach half of the my 2Mbit/s.

They might be the only phone and internet provider for our street but we've had very few issues with their DSL and phones the last 10 years, whenever a problem or connection issue comes up they're friendly and super quick to resolve it getting us back online without much downtime.

Every other day the internets down! We got the fiber optic Cable installed within the last few months and when I asked questions on how it worked they couldn’t answer me. They were extremely unprofessional. On top of getting the fiber optic cable installed they had to come back out to where we live and fix it because they installed it wrong the first time. Stay far away from this place unless you want a stress headache and overpriced slow internet service!
