When i moved in they refused to fix anything wrong with the apartment, which was bad enough but they forgot to clean it. So i decided to speak to the manager, twice he said he would look into it and call me back. That was 2 years ago and i still have a stain on my ceiling from the day i moved in, also still waiting on that call back.

All-around awsome. I wish they had more available unit's to choose from because myself and my husband lived in a house of theirs until he passed and our landlord was one of the most caring people I've ever met. And the staff in the office are great to if it's the same people that I had conversations with 3 years ago.

They have so many rental options, friendly staff, timely maintenance and lawncare services. Look them up if your looking to move.

It's a good price but the neighborhood is not well kept up and maintenance issues are not taken care of right away

Whenever we had an issue the contractors were contacted quickly and issues were resolved. Had a great experience with Julie who helped us when we were ending our lease. She treated us like people and not just assets for rent money. We stayed at our place for 4 years before moving.
