I will never forget the horrors of living here. Everything always breaking maintenance was nice and tried but there was not much you can do to fix this place. Mice, roaches. Trying to keep your home clean is great and all but when you don't know that there's roaches already there and then lose almost $5,000 in things the best thing you can do is get rid of insurance. I heard they're fixing a place up but I would never advise anyone to move here. The drama the police always there. It just not worth it. And the shooting that goes on is so unnecessary. When I lived there my neighbors dealt with a gunshot that went through their window and into their wall where they were sitting into the next apartment with my other neighbor. One of those homes had children in it and luckily no one was hurt. Literally a month apart both neighbors moved out. Good luck to whoever moves in I'm out.

Do not do any work for this company they gives you the run around and never pay They're invoice.... Now I have to go down and put a lean on the property...

I fail to understand why being poor is an excuse for being nasty. I grew up extremely poor but our home, such as it was, was always spotless. If your home was not clean you were the talk of the neighborhood. Personally, I think many poor have lost their sense of pride or hope. Being poor does not make you less!

The property manager is working very hard to get this place back in order. This is one of the few, if not the only place that will still rent to people with multiple evictions, felony, and other hard hits on their back ground. There are still some work to do to get it back to good.

They office never answers there phone and they tell you they will fix a problem in your house and never send anyone to fix it its not worth anyones money i dont recommend anyone to move here all winter i had no gas because they would not come fix the leak still to this day i have no gas

Scary place meant for third world country can't believe this is in Columbus Ohio and people live this way but if you're poor with few opportunities and life throws your curveball and you're part of the minority and marginalized group your living spaces is limited and this is what you get

Apartments are very nice and I like the set up I don't live here I just was visiting a friend
