I have lived here for 4 yrs and not to many problems. the building I live in is quiet clean. only downfall is the FREAKING CATS and the occasional trash pile up by the dumpsters but other than that they keep property clean pool is great. Love that they provided doggy poop bags think they should have one in each court but all is good in my area. Would like to upgrade to a 2 bedroom
Apartment Staff is RUDE ! The wording the lady used to explain future availability was inadequate! Sounds uneducated. The more I asked her to further explain what she was even trying to say , the more rude she began to be. Not welcoming at all ! She needs training or to be fired . & replaced with someone who is more professional and attentive to new residents. I won’t be moving here anymore , it was an option but after the service I received just to inquire about availability it’s a no ! I could only imagine how it would be actually living there ! Trash !
Stuffs very rude, heater always broke down, maintenance not professional, bugs everywhere. Please don’t move in this place if you’re African.
Don’t apply here. After you give them 79 dollars for the application they will send you a quiz about your identification. I answered all the correct questions but according to her I did not pass the exam. They didn't send me any proof saying I failed the exam. I don't know if that maybe she did to me out of discrimination. They stole the 79 dollars of the application when not even she knows if I can be approved or not, for that is the money of the application. not to steal it so blatantly
Typically very pleasant and quiet place to live for a working individual or a stay at home person! The pool is new and is amazing on hot sunny weekends! The office staff is great, pleasant, professional, and honest most times! Just expect a realistic rent increase EACH year by $15 or more.
I wouldn't apply here. When I was apartment hunting, I gave this place a call and the lady was pretty rude and in a rush to get off the phone. Hung up right in my face before I was done speaking. Glad I was able to find a place elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I would gave Kimberly Courts 5 stars until I received a bill a month after I moved. I moved in August 2016 and moved out August 2017. I didn't have any issues with neighbors, maintenance, or my apartment itself. 3 months into living there I messed up the carpet so I went to the rental office every month telling them what I've done and let me know the price b/c I had saved money. They Rachel & D work in the rental office told me that'll let George know. I kept asking and I never received a call from him or his number. Yesterday I received a large bill in personal opinion; the bill stated that both bedrooms had damaged carpet yet only one room had damaged. I finally got in touch with George and he claimed when he did his SOLO walk thru that my roommate's room had some type of red spots on the carpet when I know her carpet was clean b/c she cleaned her carpet every week. He doesn't care and he just want the bill to be paid. It's frustrating b/c both my roommate and I were great/restactable tenants and I was honest, had money and was willing to pay in advance. Life obstacles came my way so I had to use my savings; George "nice" gesture was allowing me to be on a payment plan. I had a right to do a walk thru with him to verify but that was not an option! FUTURE TENANTS be very mindful of how you take care of your place and take pictures to verify, at the end, there's no damages b/c you'll end up like my roommate and I with a bill that's not fully true b/c there was no evidence George could present to me, except his word, that my roommate bedroom carpet was messed up!
Property manager George is SO RUDE. We left two messages saying that we're giving our 30 days notice early, due to military orders. He finally called me back and left a very short voicemail, and when my husband called him back, George was very snooty and acted like he knew everything about the military, and didn't even give my husband a chance to tell him that we aren't even breaking our lease. It is through December and we are paying December rent. For a "supposed" former military member, he has no respect at all.
I have Lived here for 3 Yrs and I reported An issues with my bathtub , The drain is rusted out the tub wont hold water The paint is peeling off Ive been waiting 9 Months for Mgt to replace My tub They said they would but every month Nothing has been done Im so ready to contact code enforcement ‼
Application fee is very expensive. What happened to $25 and $50. That's alot of money for something non refundable.
