Acura of Little Rock delivers better than anyone in the business. My wife was completely satisfied with our Type-S MDX. Chris Freeman in service took great care of us during our visit. He was courteous and respectful making our visit perfect.

I am very happy with this visit to the Service Dept to have my car repaired. I was kept in touch after the delivery of my car to the service department, the assessment of the issue, the repair time and cost. I have always been happy with their staff. I would like to say that Josh was very helpful and professional. Thank you to everyone!

I worked with Mike S and felt he was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He made sure to get me in the car we wanted with the features we needed in a painless experience. Corey in finance helped me get the add ons I wanted without being pushy. The staff was very nice and thorough. It was a great experience and I would 10/10 buy here again.

My service visited Acura Little Rock was fantastic as usual. Josh had me taken care of in the expected amount of time even though I had added other issues onto my squawk list which I had not indicated during our original conversation to make an appointment. I have a 2014 Acura MDX and I would expect it to take longer to serviced as the years have passed, however, I've been getting my car serviced at Acura of Little Rock since I bought the vehicle in 2014 and they've been consistent, thoughtful, and thorough throughout our entire relationship. Any issues or discrepancies that I've encountered in the past were negligible compared to the commitment that I've received from the Acura of Little Rock team. I highly recommend Acura of Little Rock and I'll look forward to doing business with Josh and the rest of the team in the future.
We found the exact model vehicle we were looking for…but it was 3.5 hours away. We talked to Brian on the phone about the car. He was great! We made the trip the next day and I am so glad we did. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve bought A LOT of cars over the years. Never felt pressured or like we were getting shafted…everyone was very up front and honest. Great team all the way around.
I brought my MDX in for routine maintenance. I was quickly greeted by a service advisor. The waiting room is clean and snacks and drinks are provided. Someone checked on me a couple of times to see if I needed anything. All in all, it was a positive experience.
Eric Morris and the management team at Acura of Little Rock was amazing to work with. I'm very appreciative of the time that was taken to explain my options available to me. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of a new vehicle.
