I had a great experience when my car was serviced. Shane is always so nice and professional. They allowed me to use a loaner vehicle because a part had to be ordered. The guy who arranged that is always so nice. Sorry I can’t remember his name. Also the driver who drove me to work was very nice. They treat you like family. I love Parker Lexus Thank you

I can't say enough about my AMAZING SalesWoman Kicia, I test drove a GS, but mentioned an ES, she immediately found something even better! She even parked them in front of each other so I could see the differences, test drove that one, and a few days later, left with the keys in hand! She went above and beyond! Shout-out to Jesse, he's a cool dude and recommended some great restaurants to me, and showed me new features. The ENTIRE Team is just awesome!
Having your car randomly making extremely loud noises is not what you want to hear right before the holidays. Thanks to Parker Lexus and their team for making this experience a breath of fresh air. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am, got there about 30 minutes early and I was immediately assisted and directed to the service line. Patricia came out and and got all of my information & had a shuttle driver ready immediately afterwards to take me home. From the shuttle driver to Patricia to the lady inside, all were absolutely amazing. I had great, quick service. Being a business WOMAN myself, I was very pleased to be treated like a human being. I have had horrible experiences at dealerships in the past and it was a breath of fresh air to have a great experience and honest service. Highly recommend!
I bought my L certified 2019 RX 350 at Parker Lexus. The sales team was professional and we wrapped up the deal surprisingly fast. Chris is my service advisor. He’s professional, a great listener and communicator. I’m always updated. I love excellent customer service and Parker Lexus delivers.
Parker Lexus has always fixed my car and I have always been happy with the service. This last time it was recommended to change all four tire sensors, instead of one. I needed brakes so I had my brakes replaced along with one tire sensor. After just four days, the tire system light came back on. I just wished the cost of repair was reasonable.
I would not recommend Parker Lexus if you desire timely service and customer appreciation. I took my car into the dealership for routine service in August 2022. I was informed I needed new tires but Parker Lexus only had my tires for the rear end. I purchased the two rear tires and had them mounted. My service coordinator, Robin, assured me he would order the two matching front tires and would contact me once they arrived. A month and a half later I hadn’t heard anything about my tires so I contacted Lexus to inquire. The parts manager informed me tire's had not been ordered as Robin assured me he would do. The parts manager informed me he ordered the tires that day and stated they would arrive around 7 November 2022. He stated he would personally contact me once my tires arrived. November 30th I had not received any notification from Lexus on my ordered tires so I contacted Lexus to inquire. I was first informed no tires had been ordered, again! I told the parts personnel of my story, after looking in several places he finally located my ordered tires that had been delivered earlier November. I requested to purchase the tires and have them mounted in January in order to put a little more wear on my current tires but I was informed I couldn’t do that. The parts department stated the service manager, Katie, would contact me to discuss the situation. Two days later I still haven’t received a call from Katie. I contacted Lexus today to schedule my appointment for tire mounting, service representatives were unavailable. I requested to talk to Katie, she was unavailable. Lexus seems to be permanently short staffed and there appears to be poor management. Customer service is low priority for them. If you want an expensive car and want appropriate service drive on past Lexus to Mercedes Benz!
I highly recommend Parker Lexus! They do treat you like family. I have purchased several vehicles from Parker Lexus and have been using the service department for many years. Justin and Jorge are awesome! They always take amazing care of me!
Just had my first service appointment at Parker Lexus. Emiley was my advisor. Very professional service and very attentive. The customer lounge was very impressive.
Top notch dealership and an amazing service department. They always take great care of their customers and our service advisor Robin always goes above and beyond to make everything great. Jorge is also such a pleasure to deal with. Never had a bad experience here.
