Probably the best Dealer I have delt with hands down, our amazing salesman Jeremy made sure we got the vehicle we wanted, and made sure we were happy with everything even after buying. The buying experience itself was quick and easy and straight to the point. Billy the Finance Manager was awesome and made sure we walked out with plenty of coverage for the vehicle. Definitely would recommend!
Excellent service!! My wife found the car she wanted online. She put in and inquiry, and Taylor contacted her immediately! Had the car and paper work ready within a week as it needed some repairs! We drove 2 hours to pick it up and it took less than hour tops!! Amazing business!!! Couldn’t recommend our salesman and this place enough!
After searching locally for a vehicle and not finding anything, the Subaru dealership in Little Rock was highly recommended from a friend. Within 20 minutes I was on the phone with Richard Wade and I am so glad I did. I told him the budget id like to stay under and had never driven a Subaru before. Richard not only exceeded every expectation but blew them out of the water. He was thorough, easy going and a genuinely great guy. The first vehicle he found was the perfect vehicle for me and under my budget. He took the time to make sure every detail was covered from the detailing to the inspection. The financing was incredibly easy, hassle free and zero pressure. The service department is top notch as well. Richard even took time out of his off day to make sure everything was completely taken care of. I can see why this dealership is so highly recommended. If you’re in need of a vehicle, new or used, go see Richard over at Subaru Little Rock. I cannot recommend them or thank them enough.
Great experience buying a new car, start to finish. We didn't get any notifications when our Impreza was being built or when it was shipped to the dealership like we were suppose to, but I don't believe that's on the dealership. It was sort of a nice surprise when we found out our car was suddenly ready to pick up, right around when they said it would likely arrive. Patrick was a great help throughout the process, along with Chris, Big Jackson, and James.
This was the smoothest, easiest vehicle buying experience we have had. Jeremy was low pressure and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I'd recommend this dealership of you are shopping. And definitely ask for Jeremy!
Couldn't ask for better professional support from the sales staff through the financial service. Only complaint I would have is the interest rates on a new vehicle. Seems to high. But was explained that it's because of the economy our current administration has us in. And I completely agree. Hopefully the interest rates will drop soon and we can refinance. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with the way our experience went with Subaru of Little Rock. Especially with Taylor an Billy.
My salesman Leroy Castle treated me like a person. Women know what I mean. He knows his stuff and I got the best vehicle for me - 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness! I was comparison shopping and he had the answers. Highly recommend!
Jeremy was a great sales man. He called me first to tell me that the car I was looking at remotely online was no longer available they just sold it that morning. He questioned me about my criteria and called me a second time and told me all about a car he had that he thought was exactly what I was looking for. Offered to hold it till I was able to get to the dealership since I live a couple hours away. When I got there my kids and I absolutely loved the car it was exactly what I was looking for. He had in fact paid attention to me when I told him what I was looking for, the price range I wanted and everything and he nailed it! Big Jack in financing took care of everything. I don't think I've ever had an easier time buying a car Jeremy and Jack just made it super quick super easy. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience my parents have also bought cars from them so they came highly recommended already. Thank you guy's.
The very best car experience I have ever had! Mark was great as the sales person, and the manager came out and thanked me for being a customer. Financing was smooth and handled by a very professional and friendly young man! Love my new Outback!
Nick at the front desk was VERY helpful. Tommy, my salesman, was very communicative and helped me make an informed choice. & everyone in service did a lovely job getting my car not only to peak running condition- but also looking brand new! Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!
