The guys were so helpful. They got the parts I needed quickly and even help me put on the parts. They were patient and listened to my concerns and questions and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and remember. I don't know much about cars  so they were amazing.

Most of the time they have courteous service, but I found out the hard way as a rule of thumb...don't go there before 10 AM where 5 employees are too busy filling online orders and they will walk pass you like you aren't even there. One senior citizen was told by employee he'll be right back...yeah right. I paid for my part the day before and was told it would be ready at 7:30 AM when he gets to work. Who would have know they would visually see us and walk pass us several times without battering an eye.

Very knowledgeable staff. They were the nation wide auto parts store in town who knew what part I was talking about. I was using the correct name as I am a former mechanic.

I never go to advance anymore because of experiences many years ago. I would have been shocked to hear employees even drove to work, because they didn't know a single thing about cars. (Different location) 
This trip blew my mind. The guy was more than helpful. I really wish I knew his name he deserves the recognition. 5 stars go to him. I might just start shopping advance for now on.
