Pretty good prices. Staff is always very helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. I prefer this location over others in the area.

Bought fuel relay switch on the way home. Asked specifically if I do not open the part can I return if I dont need. Asked several times and said I wouldn't buy right now if not. Was told yes multiple times. Brought it back next day and manager refused to exchange. Electrical part. Never removed from box. he would not override. Here I am about to spend $160 on a fuel pump and they jip me for $16. Will never set foot in the store again if can help it. Manager was fine with that said i could call 1800 number.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. They also carry Gearwrench products, which is a plus.

Been in this location quite a few times over the years, can't really say anything bad about this location as I can about a few others...but I haven't bought anything other than oil are something I had to have like a wiper blade or something....

I had an alternator fail during a visit to Chattanooga and stopped at another parts store up the road. They didn't have the part so I had to walk to Advanced Auto Parts in Red Bank because my battery died (and carry the dead battery). AAP had the part and their employee, Jonathan offered to drive us back to my car and give us a jump to get started. Excellent customer service! But it gets better...we didn't have the tools needed to install so he drove us to Walmart to get the tools. He saw the process through to the end and got us back on the road when we were in a real pinch. i can't say enough good about AAP and Jonathan in Red Bank near Chattanooga. Thank you VERY MUCH!
