Gave them numbers for a spark plug. 2 different workers swore up and down the one they gave was the cross referenced plug. Of course got home and it was not even close. Took the plug back to try and get the right one and they did not have any. After all that, they would not give me cash back but would only give me a gift card for the amount. Had to show my ID twice to get a 2.57 card. Those workers had no clue what they was talking about or how to even look up parts in their own system. It is employees like them that are saying they deserve 15 bucks an hour. For what? 7.25 is grossly an over payment for people that do absolutely nothing but take forever to give you the wrong part. Did I mention it took almost 20 minutes to get a 2.57 gift card?

I still can't believe how I was treated. Ron has the most horrible attitude and literally blessed me out because it was almost closing time. I have several trucks and can't afford one to be down because of a bad battery that is only a year old and from Advance. I have bought tons of parts including engines for my trucks from there for the past 13 years and because of the way I was treated by Ron I will take my commercial business to O'Reilly who always treat me with respect.

Worst experience I have ever had walked up to the counter and employee asked me what all I needed when I told him I needed to rent a tool he explain you need to find someone else to check you out because I’m going home!!! last time I will ever shop at this location really need to work on customer skills

0 Stars these guys including the manager are incompetent. Ordered an axle online that I realized was damaged when I removed it from the plastic as I was going to install it. I went to this store to exchange it and the clerk refunded my online order and then wanted to charge me for the replacement (that would not include my $17 discount). I asked the manager to void the refund and do a simple exchange. He was unable to do this and did not seem to understand why I was upset when he tried to charge me $17 more for a part that should not have been sold in the first place.

Very nice and helpful staff. The price on the website matches the actual price charged. Advance Auto also has very quality parts.
