Nice staff. Apparently their a main hub where you can pick up most of the auto parts you need. Bought a set of brake pads and two rotors. The rotors I was able to buy with a 25% online discount. I used my phone right there at the store to buy them and used the promo code! Turns out I only needed to replace one rotor so I went back the same day -with my receipt - and the store refunded me back almost $50 for the rotors I returned!

Mary was extremely helpful and kind. She walked me through the store and found me all my items I needed. Absolutely the best parts service I have ever had.

Cashier was friendly and personable...even came out and checked on us while we change the filter. That doesn't happen much...

Dealt with everyone who worked there about my car. Wanted to know if battery or starter. Honestly told me the battery can easily be checked but starter will be a bit tougher. They were straightforward with my husband and I. Didn't treat me like a woman who didn't know much which I appreciate because I know some of this stuff. They tested and changed my battery and everything in less than an hour. Great group of guys who worked there.

Worst experience I have ever had any store in my life. Awful service, bad attitudes, rude behavior and no knowledge of auto parts. Better chance of getting the right part at a Dollar General store.
