I was broke down in the store's parking lot and this Advance Auto is only store with parts I needed. Unfortunately, the store's computers had crashed and  was unable to make any transactions or look up any parts. Jessica was kind enough to call another store obtain the part numbers and pull the parts from her store for me. Jessica also allowed me to use a 4 way lug wrench. I was able to repair my truck in Advance Auto's parking lot and get back on my way. Jessica was a model employee and Advance Auto should be glad to have her.

Needed a battery and charging system check, bad alternater, not sure if I can do it myself, have to check YouTube, so no purchase yet. They were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Advance.

Mt Juliet store is the best. Mike, Earnie ,Brandon,Woody and the other guys are the helpful I've ever seen. I'm suspect of Mike though, I think he's a real live rocket scientist in disguise.
