The gentleman working the parts counter went above and beyond to help me find the correct headlight for my car. I really appreciated the help and always receive excellent customer service here!

Went in looking for a particular part for my truck without a part number on it. It was a lift arm from a door on my camper shell. The woman was helpful and didn't give up until we found it. She let me look through hr many selections till I found the right one. I appreciated that.

Great service, friendly workers. They helped us get our oil changed and did so pretty quickly. Definitely recommend.

Horrible experience, beware. Charged almost 50 for blinjer lights, windshield wipers, and install. Still didn't fix my blinker problem. Suggested going to Amazon to order parts I need then they would install for a fee! I went to auto zone they had it in stock and install for free.

Take your vehicle anywhere else to save your time and money. Came in about a month ago to have a fuel pump replaced. A month later my truck decides not to start up again and have it towed back to have them check it over from the last visit. I have a warranty on my truck and decided to bring it here since they accepted it and was the closest shop to my house. Got dropped off around Monday around lunch. 5 days later on that Friday afternoon, my truck had not been touched. Was told countless times that my truck would be the first vehicle to be looked at in the morning. Was also told they only have one master technician at this location and he was on vacation all last week so any cars needed looking at would be ahead of me, which means my truck was not going to be the first in the morning and they lied all week. Called during the middle of the week to get another update and supposedly the master technician was off that day, after just being on vacation all last week and having a multiple amount cars to take care of, “as they stated”. By Friday I had enough and was having it towed to the other pep boys since they mentioned they could look at it. I get a call from the master technician about an hour after my tow request and he let me know that I should just get it towed to a dealer since the issue was going to be major and that no pep boys would be able to work on it regardless. At that point I have gone a whole week without a vehicle (which I need for my work), have been lied to countlessly, and then notified by the end of the week what the possible issue was going to be by the master technician who could of told me this the same day it got brought in. Moral of the story, don’t waste your time and money at this place because there is no telling how long you’ll have to wait for your vehicle to even be LOOKED at, they are clearly understaffed, will lie about status updates, and suck at communication.
