Broke down on the way home to another state. These guys got us taken care of as quickly as possible. I'm sorry to say they had a scam artist customer there with a coupon that was our of control. She couldn't understand that the coupon was for a 4 cylinder car and her vehicle took more oil. Felt bad for these guys. She was abusive. If I could do zero stars I would! This place has the worse communication, took my truck in on a Wednesday never heard from them I finally called on Sunday FOUR days later for an update. Got a whole run around how they can't find the part. My whole question is why wasn't this communicated at any point?! Truck has been in 3 times now. First fix they didn't notice a broken piece, two weeks later it breaks again. They go to replace said piece and brake bolts off! And what to charge us 600 plus to fix their problem. Call and file a complaint said bring it back in and they will fx it. Nope! Don't waste your time here.

Friendly staff, professional and courteous. Wait time wasn't bad, just as you're thinking I'm ready to go, someone is coming to say you're all set, highly recommend.

If there was a zero then this is easily the rating they deserve. No one has any idea of what is going on , complete lack of communication with each other and their customers. Service manager Jim does absolutely nothing but deliver false promises. I dropped my car off and it took several calls just to get them to remember to look at it when it was just serviced by them 24 hours prior. Had zero sympathy. Then I call and speak to Jim the manager who assures me the car will be ready. I Uber 30 minutes out of the way just to find out Jim had left for the day and car will not be ready another 5 hours! Now forced to sit and wait. Would not recommend unless you are forced to go here. Make sure you constantly check for progress because they will not. Total let down.

Had an appt. At 5pm they told me they were backed up for at least another hour and a half so I asked if I needed to come back at 6:30 to which they said yes. When I return they tell me other people came up and since I wasn't there they was working on their cars now even though I had appointments and told me I would have to wait another hour,so I just made another appointment for two days later at 8 in the morning, it took them nearly two hours! Just to balance my tires! They didn't even have to put new ones on,it was just balancing the tires I already had on the rim! Should have taken 45 minutes tops for this! Needless to say I will not return to this location!
