O'Reilly Auto Parts

This place is great. 7:30 on a Friday night before heading out of town and my wife scraped a parking pole with her new car, getting paint all over the front bumper. Went here knowing nothing about the process of buffing this out, and Dennis told me exactly what to buy (only $20 for everything) and we did it right in the parking lot. He came out a few times to check on the progress, and the car looked good as new in half an hour. Clearly some good people at this shop, Dennis being the standout. You just don't see that type of service and clarity often.

I honestly feel like this place deserves less stars, but I've had mixed experiences here including great service. The biggest gripe I have is the fact that they rarely answer the phone which is inexcusable in my book for a business. Little is as aggravating as finding a part online that says they are stocked with, being unable to confirm it and then showing up only to find out they don't actually have it. Still...there are some great guys here.

It was okay I guess but it sure would be nice to actually go in the parts store and get a part from a person that knows about cars these kids these days don't even know what a spark plug is

My NEW favorite auto parts and supplies store! VERY good customer service! ALWAYS has the parts I need! Eager to satisfy and even help with installation when possible! Hard to give them 5 stars ... especially when they deserve 11 and 1/2!

I went to different places the first one didn't help me at all and the second one sold me what I needed but they would not help me put the light bulb in Think God I had enough sense to do it myself That's where them five sense's come in
