My girlfriend just bought a battery here, they had a homeless man install it for her who sexually harassed her and demanded a tip after installation, which is advertised as a free service. I will be pursuing this further through the companies higher ups

Check my review for Manchester Road, Akron,Ohio - Automated Auto parts store review. After getting battery in November 2017 when I faced issue of jump start multiple times. I went to this store and asked him to fix as it covered in Waranty. First blunt reply we can’t do it today come tomorrow still there were 3 more hours from there closing time. I said sir I brought my car here after jumpstart please check. They checked and said everything is fine except for loose connection to negative of battery by an idiot guy at Akron,Ohio - Automated Auto parts. I asked what’s the fix they said I have some cap for $3 which should be fixed on battery negative charging point. I explained them basic point. It’s your bad job I faced trouble for so why can’t you do it for free. He gave me a lecture nothings for free. I replied if I spent so much on battery and insurance for multiple jump starts small amount of $3 doesn’t matter. But I just asked you coz there’s something called customer service. He replied bluntly that’s different store where you got your battery and this different store. Someone explain this idiot that he is just a franchise of same brand. If brand name goes down so does his business. Please don’t go to any Automated Auto parts they’re literally idiots.

The manager is always willing to help, and the staff is extremely helpful

This location ok and the parking lot is cool to work on your car with no worries... No complaints so far 👍

Wish they closed later. Cheaper prices than the other stores.
