The manager was very nice and helpful. Store clean neatly stocked. Parking area without clutter or mechanics fixing cars. Very pleased with the service I received and the store. Will highly recommend

Manager on duty very rude he could see in the computer that I had bought a particular item yet I did not have the receipt so he would not exchange it all I was wanting was an exchange I was told that if the part I didn't like to begin with why would I want to exchange it for something that I didn't like I explained that it was broken but again why would I exchange it if I didn't like it I was called and dumb a****** and many many other words pertaining to the male Anatomy and I can take my business up the street there are plenty of other places that the street that is willing to do business with me he is not willing to do business with me and that he's not going to exchange it because I probably broke it

Zero help from employees even after asking. Guy I talked to was not going to budge from behind the counter and would not offer any helpful advice. I put back the multiple items I was going to purchase and went next door to Auto Zone. I was in and out quickly and their employees helped me.

Terrible customer service. Inattentive and started helping another customer IN HIS CAR while he was supposed to be helping me replace a battery. I’ll go to AutoZone down the street now.
