The staff here is so helpful! I didn’t have to ask for anyone to help me find the correct lightbulb they offered. Then, to top it off Damon offered to install it for me in the 30 degree weather. Great customer service!

Friendly, fair pricing, wide selection. Original Franklin location on Columbia Ave.  New store on Hwy 96 East across town.

Great place. Jackie out back in commercial accounts is the best at what she does. If you need parts. She is the one to call.

I will probably never come back to O'Reilly. I started breaks on my car this morning it is now 5:11 on Sunday night and I'm still waiting on parts that should have been here at 3:30. All of this could have been avoided if the guy working for them knew how to do his job. I would rather take my money to the dealership then come to another O'Reilly Auto parts. I had to give them 1 star or it wouldn't let me post this.

Staff will work with you to get the right part. They even have a local warehouse open late in case you need a hard to find part quickly.
