I really appreciate the help these guys have given me since I arrived in Jackson. Some even recognize me when I come in, and they are always ready to serve me even if it doesn't mean they'll get a sale today. I've been having start-up problems, and my check engine light finally came on. I had them read the code, and they advised against buying something right away before I find out the real problem. I really appreciate their honesty with me.
I do feel like sometimes they aren't on the same page about the same issues, but diagnosis is tough sometimes.

Got what I needed and learned about the warranty system of Advance, that part was excellent. The customer service was okay but the cashier Jeremy was a smartass about the questions I had, I don't entirely think he meant to be but that could be fixed.
