Pros: they always have what I need for my cars. Cons: it's in Memphis which is self explanatory. The employees are slow at times, can be VERY rude, and the people who frequent the store are not the polite and respectful type.. it's Memphis, carry something to defend yourself at all times.. the last time we tried to order something online was a NIGHTMARE. These people were only worried about making their money and talking to their buddies in a different language... Not only do they not know what they have in stock, they don't bother to check the product before ringing it up... We bought a transmission gasket kit, the one with a filter AND gasket... These INSOLENT fools had to be shown their own listing THREE TIMES before they BELIEVED THE ITEM CONTAINED TWO SEPARATE PARTS. When we tell them we want a refund after they finally admit they've screwed up, it CONVENIENTLY takes THIRTY MINUTES for their OUTDATED system to let them issue a refund.... CHECK THE BOX before you let these idiots ring up your order... These morons cost me two days of work and even more money driving around town trying to find a part!

Hello, I took my old battery 2 Advance Auto, on knights Arnold & Perkins Rd, 2 charge it up, found out it had a little charve on it, left it over nite, came back 2 days later, n it didn't hold a charge, attended checked on my warranty, and warranty expired, U felt kind of bad, cold,dark, about 2 leave, then the attended exchanged it out for me anyway.... Advance Auto is my part store 4 life, thank you.

Decent location. Prices are a bit higher than competitive stores in the area.
