Absolutely the best experience I've had with an auto parts store. I wish there were more professionals like John and Rob. John has mastered the lost art of talking with a costumer over the phone, he was so helpful. Rob went above and beyond in service, I hope one day when I grow up, I can be like Rob. Thanks guys!
