I had a great experience at Advance Auto they're always helpful knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help you they have a very fine crew there and they have helped me throughout the years find what I needed took care of me there employees that I can trust keep up the good work

Never again will I use this Advanced Auto Parts store! I ordered and PAYED, $245 for my car part yesterday being told I can pick it up today. I walk in the store hand the clerk my recipet told him my name and I needed to pick my part up...he replied that the computers where down he can't give me my part until they came back up. I explained it was already paid for and I pointed to my recipet. Now I work in customers service I completely understand about computers, registers, equipment etc break or go down...but there is no reason to be rude to a customer. I was told that he wouldn't give me my part, even tho it was paid for until his computer came back up. I camly suggested making a note and when the computers came back up he could do what he needed to in the computer. He rolled his eyes and rudely told me no but you can leave and come back tomorrow. Another clerk came up and asked if I needed help. I told him the same as I did the previous clerk. Needed my part I had paid for and showed him the receipt and that I knew the computers were down but I needed the part and wouldn't be off work until after they closed tomorrow. He looked at me strangely and told me he can give me my part and just make a note to release it in the computer once it comes up. So why couldn't the other clerk do this even after my suggestion it??
