Friendly, quick, I don't usually come in auto part stores anymore especially since Amazon came about.I went in and grabbed interior detailer, washer fluid, and 1 air freshener and it came to $30. With Walmart so close, I'd recommend to keep driving and stop there for your accessories, for parts If you can wait a few days Go to Rock auto or even Amazon has the brands they sell.
They have no knowledge of which promotion is running. Deer in the headlight looks! Even the manager Tony had no clue! I believe I will start a business relationship at Auto Zone across the street.
Lazy staff, dirty store, lacking stock and incompetent management. Unfortunately, this store seems doomed. It has changed managers numerous times after the location moved and none of them have been very competent. The low starting wages will continue to bring in lazy and/or irresponsible and/or inexperienced staff... No good for a business. I suggest heading to Auto Plus or even the nearby Pep Boys. They keep a great inventory and have more friendly, motivated employees.
I called this morning to ask if I had to make an appointment to get a new battery installed in my car and the woman on the phone told me that I did not need an appointment and that if I came in before 5:00pm they would install it for free. I show up at 4:15pm and the guy behind the register tells me he is the only one there and he can’t do it. Note: there was a girl in the back, I saw her. I told him I was told to come on before 5:00 to get it installed and he didn’t care. He said I could take the battery and have someone else do it. Why would I do that when there are 3 other businesses in the same vicinity that do the same thing? There is an Auto Zone across the street, a Pep Boys in the next shopping center and a Salvo Auto Parts around the corner. You’d think you’d have better customer service when you aren’t the only rodeo in town. I’m happy to give my money to someone else. I won’t be going back.
Female clerk was very rude July 2nd 7:50 PM not even wearing a mask when it is store policy. Told me the battery i requested wasn't there, when the website said it was in stock. She didn't know my car had 2 different batteries and after telling her she acted like she already knew and blamed it on the computer. Told me I would have to order my battery from the dealership. She obviously doesn't know what she is talking about. She didn't offer to order a battery
It shows you that just because you have the same name store you don't get the same service or price. Went to get light bulbs for my breaks and the the price was showing different at what they charge at the register. I bought it to the clerks attention and the manager not only gave me the price shown but an extra 10%. Before that I went to the advanced auto on North Point and the bulbs were $2 more.
Worst customer service I've ever had! There was a young lady there with red or purple hair that didn't give me my receipt back. So when I went I returned there to get it, the manager Bill told me that he didn't know where it was and he didn't even try to look it up or look for it! The young lady that waited on me was also there, but she said she did remember me but she didn't remember what she did with the receipt. The manager was very crass and did nothing to help me. So now I'm stuck with a $200 battery that doesn't work and no way to return it! I'll never shop at advanced Auto again!!! If you go there and Bill is working or the red headed girl. Don't expect to get any kind of help because Bill is to lazy to even look up or for anything...
I went in to look for one item I approached the guy behind the counter, I was in mid-sentence as I was asking for where the item was he says wait a minute and walks off to check his phone. I just walk off and try to find the item myself but I was not able to find it so as I approached the same guy but this time he gives me a general direction answer and it's somewhere over there and as I'm looking for the item, for the life of me I still can't find it. I go back to talk to the guy and he's already talking to someone else and not helping me. I'm standing patiently and still don't get the help I needed so I just walked out without buying anything, if this is how they can treat their customer they deserve to go out of business real soon.
Updated from 5 stars: I used to frequent this store regularly, but not as much recently. Today i stopped in to purchase a battery, and after finding which one i needed, I asked the associate if they could install it since i had no tools or time. Sammie said that they could not, and when i asked to borrow a wrench and screwdriver she again replied that they do not loan out tools. I was about to close to hood and get in the car and leave, when Henry came out and said that he could take care of it. He apologized and replaced the battery in 7min. A big thank you to Henry for taking care of the situation!
I went to get my battery because I'm having battery problems, I received my battery and asked if they were able to install it for me...the guy came out and opened the hood and immediately said he couldn't install it because he didn't have the tools, first of all as an auto parts place they should have all the tools necessary specially when they receive different types of cars. So he told me to go to another place across the street and that they would install it and walked away. I came to the place across the street and had to pay an extra $30 just for them to install the battery.
