Aedes Perfumery

After a month and seven days and several phone calls every week for the past three weeks I called today to get a refund on something I did not receive. I was also supposed to get an email once my product arrived and was shipped. In the phone call today I was told my order was sent yesterday and gave me the option to get my money back or send the product back to them once I got it at the end of the week. During on my phone conversations with them in the past weeks they kept saying it'll be here next week it'll be here by the end of the week it'll be here next week. Their customer service sucks I would never buy anything online from them ever again. I cannot give an opinion on personally shopping there. Some advice to this retailer, this is why Amazon is putting you out of business..

My FAVORITE place to shop in New York. The Aedes brand has spectacular fragrances especially. They understand luxury and every visit feels special. Come here to sniff the newest, hardest to find fragrances and don’t leave until you’ve treated yourself to something exquisite.

First time in the store today and I had an incredible experience! I could not be more thankful for the staff there. Some reviews suggest an indifferent or unhelpful staff and my experience could not have been more to the contrary. Perhaps they entered the store with an expectation that it was going to be snooty and that became a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you’re walking in here expecting some bubbly Iowan to help you then don’t. This is New York City hunty. This Mecca for fragrance lovers is a great example of a store that's hard to find outside the greatest city on earth. I walked in to get a gift, and was helped immediately. I took advantage of their sample set of 7 for $28, put in a gift card and a bottle of lotion. They put it in a gorgeous bag and did a wrapping job complete with flowers from the store! When all was said and done they probably spent 20 minutes helping me out. I walked out looking like a gift-buying ninja with impeccable taste. The store itself is beautiful. The walls are a lovely shade of purple, there’s intriguing decorations all over, and it smells lovely.

Great choice of perfume ,,,, but I gave 3 stars because of terrible customer care ,,,, very unfriendly environment
