The Seaport District

This is great fun. Fresh air, the smell of the ocean, but open-air shops, boutiques and superb food combine to make this a tourist delight. Don't forget to stop in at various locations to sample craft beer at its best.

I've of my favorite places downtown. A good mix of trashy all you can eat or drink dive bars with quaint and quality coffeeshops and small restaurants. This place is very nice during the summer and has good views of the sea of you come during the day. There are also a couple of small fashion and designer stores. Not as fun as Soho for that kind of thing, but definitely a good place to find a quiet coffeeshop to work from.

There are usually events here, lots to do, lots to see. Restaurants seem pricey. Everyone is always having a good time, river view is nearby.

The sea port is clean and spacious. There's food, shopping, and a number of event throughout the year. I really enjoyed the Sea of Light event a few weeks ago.
