After several years of substandard service I feel compelled to write a review. This is the worst customer service I've had to experience with any health care organization. They are absolutely unwilling to provide the services needed and frankly do not care where that leaves you.

We were in a tight spot trying to get a nebulizer for my sick child right before 5pm or we would have ended up back at the ER without it. The staff stayed late helping us get everything figured out between insurance and the doctors office so we didn't have to go the night without. Very helpful, polite, and felt like they really cared.

I was WOWed!! by these amazing guys: Justin, Sam & Mike!!! They have awesome customer service skills and very quiet while assembling some of the equipment we needed. They made sure I knew how to operate the bed, made sure I understood features on the walker with wheels & brakes. Very impressed with the service & equipment. Thanks again guys!

Rusty has been awesome to work with. He showed me how to use my CPAP machine, advised on using the masks, and helped when the machine had issues. Great local business!

Went to get my nebulizer today, everyone was so friendly and polite, took there time to show me how to use it and clean, they were very thorough. Would recommend them to others. I was in contact with 3 employees in this visit and all 3 were great.
