They were just not very helpful. Paperwork was not sent, conflicting information relayed by same person, different occasions. I would only ever go there again if there was no other choice.

I do not like this company, if I am working on a patients Medical equipment, every time I call it is a different story and a different document needed. Anytime I am working with them I write down who I spoke to and when I spoke to them because I have always had to refer back! They do not care about the patient. I wish Medicare would look at different options for contracts. I have been working with Bennett for multiple medical equipment order over three years and it has not gotten any better!

Worked with me to get the very best solution for my mom's daytime oxygen and also travel oxygen needs--navigating the maze of options was overwhelming until I called. Brianna spent 20 minutes on the phone patiently explaining all the possibilities.When I came in to pick up the unit, they treated me like I was their only customer. Smiling faces. Bend-over-backwards helpfulness. So grateful for this company and its kind and cheerful employees.

This company had a van driving irradically, dangerous, crazy! Speeding and weaving and then severely brake checking for no reason. Very unsafe and I would love to inform the doctors, nursing homes, hostipals, etc of this companies driving skills! I witnessed first hand this van doing this to a lady this afternoon!

I disagree with bad reviews of the office staff, they seem quite competent to me. The only problems I have had with Bennett is getting paperwork done for CPAP supplies through Medicare and that was not the local office.
