Can not contact these people over the phone. They conduct business through automated phone service and after going through that can only give you a response after 24 hrs. Go in person and document everything. I had a claim completed in September 2016. I paid the balance I was responsible for in October 2016. Thanks for our Government working for the Corporations and special interest groups, Obama signed the 21st Century Cures Act. This allowed MMS to resubmitted the claim for adjustment a year after it was paid and closed and it was processed in Nov-Dec 2017. Now I owe additional out of pocket expenses. Just because a law allows you to adjust a clean claim for service a year before the Century Cures Act was signed does not make it ethically right. But hey, greed solves everything. Ouck Fff MMS.

Absolutely impossible trying to contact someone or trying to get a return call back regarding billing issues! Their phone message says they will return calls within 24 hours. NOT! I have made several calls this week, each time leaving a voice message along with my phone number. Not one return call.

the billing department took 5 months to get me a bill, and then didn't bother to bill the insurance and never responded to the several phone calls for copies of EOB or detailed CPT code billings and copies of orders. delivery was good, and pickup that was scheduled was "forgotten" and communication between the departments is lacking.

I have had a suction machine for my son since November. I had to wash and reuse the same thing for two months before I found out that I am required to call them to order new supplies. No big deal, I arranged it and placed my order. Two weeks went by and I hadn't received it when they said it would be about 3-4 days. I called and got the run around and finally I had to drive from Pueblo to Colorado Springs to get the supplies only to find out, the Pueblo location had them the entire time. Fast forward to present time, I have been fighting with Theresa at the Pueblo location for a pulse ox monitor for my son. Each time I call, it's a different excuse. She left me a vague voicemail yesterday and said she talked to my sons pediatricians office and they were supposed to send another fax. I called the pediatricians office to figure out what was going on and I was told that Theresa "warned" them that I would be calling and that I am a very unpleasant person to talk to. I also confirmed that they did in fact send what Major Medical required and sure enough, they have it all. I called to talk to Theresa and she conveniently wasn't scheduled to come in until 10 this morning. When someone has to break down in tears for something for a medically complex child, there is something wrong with your company and your customer service.

This company is both incredibly rude and very disorganized. When I called and went into their office to order and pick up supplies, I was treated as an interruption and a nuisance for wanting to purchase, well, major medical supplies.
Emails are ignored, phone messages are not returned, and somehow being "transferred" to someone else always ends up in the call being disconnected.
Although I had authorization from my insurance company for medical equipment, they told me that insurance would not cover my walker and I had to pay full price, out of pocket, and seek reimbursement from my insurance company on my own. It's important to note that they were an in-network provider and my insurance company assured my they'd pay Major Medical Supply directly, minus my co-pay.
I ended up getting my crutches from them and ordering my walker on Amazon because they kept jerking me around up until the day before my surgery (Amazon offered the same walker for 1/4 the price I might add). I paid my co-pay for the crutches before I left the office. Now, nearly two months later, I'm being billed AGAIN for the same co-pay I paid 8 weeks earlier. If I had realized how much of a pain they were to deal with, I would've gotten my crutches from somewhere, anywhere else, and I'm really glad I didn't end up ordering my walker from them after all.
