Good Service. Reasonable exchange rate. Especially, they have more weird currency in hand. I got French Polynesia/Currency - CFP franc(xfp). It's not available anywhere. But, they have it. It's much better exchange rate than Tahiti airport. e.s. Here is $1:90xfp; Tahiti Airport is $1:80xfp.

Awful!!! 996 USD to 755 EURO. Bacically, 996 USD = 809 EURO. 54 EURO was stolen by this awful company. Awful! I recommend another company in NY to every single travelers. That’s it.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received here. Went to exchange some euros and the teller forgot about 50 euros and did not give me the correct amount of money. To make things worse, when I went back to get my money- the manager was extremely rude and treated me like I was lying about it instead of taking my concern seriously. Even though they made the mistake, no effort was shown to fix it- the manager did not even apologise to me at all. Eventually I got my money back because of their mistake but it was like pulling teeth. Nobody could even explain what exactly happened. Would not recommend AT ALL.

I never leave reviews but feel inclined to do so because of the incredible service I received from end to end. I worked with Maria who made herself accessible for all of my questions (I had many) and provided me with a rate that was closest to the market value. I will definitely be back and highly recommend making AFEX (midtown) your trusted exchange place as I have. Thank you Maria - you are the best!!!!

Misleading comments. I came here to change AUD to USD. Current live exchange rate if I give them 100 AUD is 76 USD. They only give 71 USD.
