THIEVES. We asked how many dollars we would get and they answered with the rate. That was actually a con act to avoid telling they were charging 15%. They don't accept cancellations neither... we felt totally abused. It's a pity that they are allowed to operate, specially in a place like Times Square.

If I could give minus stars I would. DO NOT CHANGE MONEY HERE! It's daylight robbery. I had researched online for the best exchange rate in New York and had found this to be it, whereas it is probably the worst. Charmese see seemed charming at first, turns out she was the devil in disguise. She told us it was $1.04 to the £ and we told her that we got a much better rate in one of the small souvenir shops the other day. She said she would match this rate ($1.17) we were pleasantly surprised by this and before you knew it she counted out $205 and quickly put our sterling in the drawer. I looked at her shocked and said how can it be $205?! She said well that's including the service charge, we asked for our money back because we didn't even have a service charge in the other place. She SMIRKED at us and said oh, too late now, I can't go back on the transaction. Charmese, you are being named and shamed. No one should ever go here!

I would love to give a negative star. The staff were very rude. Not helpful at all.
