Wow, I'm a New Yorker and always pass this place. I went to multiple countries overseas and came back with currency from three countries. At today's rate, I should've received $92 but received $65... that's a loss of about 30%. Go to a local bank, don't fall for it!

This place is robber baronry reinvented. Service fee: 9% compliance recovery: $6 staff: unfriendly Summary: Go to a casino. There at least you have some fun while losing your money.

disgusted by this place, offered me an absolute joke of an exchange rate, when i pointed this out they instantly increased from an offer of $535 to $640 i then went to a TD bank (open 7 days a week) and got $692 without any bartering! Also the woman in the shop had an appalling attitude and in a threatening tone declared that I would not get a better rate anywhere else! AVOID
