The worst renting experience of my life. AIMCO is a greedy, horrible, scammy company. They kept most of my security deposit by claiming things that aren't true. I've always received my entire security deposit back in the past but this time I have to waste my time and fight with them. Stay away from AIMCO!
Living at Creekside Apartments has been so awful. If you are desperate, that should be the only reason you should live at an Aimco property. The price I pay for the quality of my apartment isn't worth it. Avoid living at Creekside Apartments at all costs.
Horrible company!
