Office and maintenance staff are great but management is horrendous. God forbid you have a maintenance emergency - you won’t be able to get ahold of anyone. You call the number and it eventually hangs up on you.

I have lived here 2 years and feel completely unsafe living here. Under this management everything has gone down and now our safety is being compromised as well.

I was just wondering is there any way I contact the corporate office. I've tried emailing through the website but that doesn't work. And I'm not able to leave a message when I try to call by phone.

THE SKYHOUSE RIVER OAKS HAS POOR MANAGEMENT AND IT'S LIKE LIVING IN THE SKY GHETTO PROJECTS. THEY WILL MISS AN ON TIME PAYING TENANT WHEN THE RECESSION HIT. LOL

Their employees called my military leadership to coerce me into getting rid of my original one star review. They cannot stop freedom of speech.
