Although our pet didn’t live this very kind staff did everything they could. They didn’t try to rip us off by charging a bunch of money for unneeded testing. They charged us the bare minimum they could because they saw how heartbroken we were and are... they were very kind and made us feel a little better about a terrible situation. We appreciate their kindness. And thank you for helping us.

Nice staff, put up with me asking a million questions and being indecisive. Doesn't look that great from outside but inside is clean and neat, vet was nice and gave lots of helpful advice

Dr Phillips (the woman vet) is one of a kind. I cannot even truly put into words what a kind amazing person she is. Our 3 year old dog passed away today, we came home and she was limp and in shock. We rushed her here (closest place to our house) and she did EVERYTHING she could do save her. She even did CPR and a shot into her heart to try to bring her back. She was just to far gone. Although we will never know what happened, I am so thankful for her kindness and compassion. She hugged my as I balled my eyes out and she said sorry over and over again. I told her not to be sorry, as she did everything she could. It was a terrible day, but the staff here truly made it so much easier. And I will forever be greatful for them.

I worked here for a day and a half in the boarding facility. The reason for this is because I witnessed something truly horrific. The second day of work in the early hours, a vet tech comes in to administer liquid medicine to a Pit bull that is dog aggressive and human timid. All of a sudden I see her grab this dogs face and try to stick the syringe in her mouth and the dog is shaking her head back and fourth and all the medicine comes flying out, and what I saw next I couldn’t believe! The vet tech punches this dog in the face to try and make her cooperate!!! I yelled, “Hey!!” as I’m standing right next to them, but then I immediately froze. I wasn’t sure what to do because I had never witnessed this kind of abuse before in a work place. I was so upset and shaken up I went to the Vet and said I can not work here when you have people like her working for you abusing animals. I am hoping she does not work there anymore, and if she does I hope you do not bring your animals to this place. The boarding facility is disgusting and they do not maintain it.

He saved my dog after Powers pet emergency & specialty tried killing her. I will always recommend them to everyone!
