So I inherited a cat from somebody that was detained unexpectedly and could not get home to care for the animals so I went and got the cat and brought it home. The cat was sick with a bloody nose and matted fur and since I have another cat I didn't want to chance getting her sick, so I called Banfield. it was a Saturday at 10 a.m., which I know is not the best time to call, but the lack of compassion and the complete disregard that I was treated with on the phone really caught me off guard. I wouldn't have taken my cat or anybody's cat to that vet's office even if they had an opening!

The staff here has always been SO helpful and accommodating, even when my pups weren't. Great customer service and always got me in when my schedule was weird. I am so sad to leave this location as I have moved to Wichita, but I am able to transfer their files to the location here at least. Thanks again for always taking care of my Cooper and Percy!

Dr. Grammer is the best! My pets love her and she is always kind and answers any and all questions. Great lady!

The best! Dr. Justyn Rizardi is such a kind, compassionate and very skilled veterinarian. Jenny is so awesome also! Recently Dr. Rizardi provided outstanding care of our precious dog, Ziggy. I am so grateful that the staff there sees our dog as a beloved member of our family. I trust Dr. Rizardi wholeheartedly. The whole Banfield staff is wonderful.
