You can just read the images of the email thread below. We have been trying to receive our security deposit back after being responsible, clean and easy tenants for 2 years. Unfortunately, we were not treated with the same kind of respect and have yet to receive anything back except rudeness.
Overall good experience and great living environment. If ever any issues Robert Gordon is a phone call away and acts quickly to help. Super and doorman will also take care of anything you may need. Definitely a sense of community at 245 W 51st.
Rented at their Columbus Circle apartment building and it was smooth sailing. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Communicative, understanding management Robert Gordon and an amazing Super Burim. Sad to leave
