Sadly, I am going to have to echo all of these bad reviews. Management is horrible and does everything they can to evade addressing building problems.

Terrible company with outrageous fees associated with anything and everything. Completely unhelpful and obstructive; they insist on using paper mail and checks and can take weeks to return correspondence or paperwork. Their penny pinching and greed is apparent in everything they do, avoid them and their properties if possible

The managers and doorman’s are rude and unapologetic- this is disgusting and inappropriate to have this kind of behavior in NYC this day. They should learn what is CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE for a luxury building. All the billions of dollars in properties you manage must teach You something.
