Al Aseel Grill & Cafe

I love this place. They care about their customers and try to give you the best service possible. There's no discrimination, it's very welcoming, perfect for family and friends. Their food is the healthiest I have ever tasted. I personally love their lamb chops and their grilled chicken. This is the best place to be.

I drove 12 hours to have some good food and time. A friend recommended this place and called it “home” and I believed him until i tried the food and tried their services. First, food was poorly made with a little to nothing spices. Second, five orders arrived separately which is not the way it should be served. Third, i ordered Tea to warm my stomach before start eating but the Tea arrived after we told the waitress that we ordered Tea and never comes. Fourth, the rice was cooked a day or two before and mixed with half newly cooked rice. Fifth, after we complained to them, they still handled us the ticket and asked us to pay, which is fine with us because we tried the food. Finally, everything is very overpriced!

I have ordered the whole fried chicken and it was awesome. I would rank this same as Princess Hot Chicken of Nashville or Willie Mae's of New Orleans. It was not spicy hot but flavor profile is good as it gets. Loved it. The wait staff was great even carried the food to my car as my hands were full. Also liked the veg appetizers platter . The garlic sauce and pepper sauce are so good with the fresh Palestinian style bread. Finish up with the mint cardamom hot tea.

horrible service. We used to love picking up food from here on the way home but after multiple times of not getting all of our order it really sucks the joy out of it. Food is tasty but the portions are pretty small lately. I would definitely double check your order before you leave. They have multiple customers with missing items in their orders coming back to pick them up so I know it's not just us. Owner is not so helpful and everyone there it seems has a really crappy attitude. And good luck trying to get through on the phone to them if you have any issues with your order since many times they will take the phone off the hook. I know they answered my call and just set the phone down without saying anything and I could hear them laughing in the background as I stayed on the phone over 10 minutes trying to get there attention. Hang up and call back and straight to voicemail all night long. Next two days also the same thing. I'm not sure what's going on with this restaurant but they definitely have some issues

Horrible horrible service. If you want to get the correct order here you better double and triple check to make sure you got everything because they really just don't care. Portions are super small. Food is dry and tasteless and don't think talking to the owner will do much good about problems there because they really don't care it's obvious and their attitude. I would avoid this place at all cost. They used to be very nice I'm not sure what happened
