I was very impressed with the level of service that I received from this company. Josh was very friendly from his initial phone call until he finished the job. My window looks awesome and I appreciate the friendly and prompt service.

Referred by my insurance and couldn't be more pleased. Josh was flexible with my changing schedule and got my windshield replaced quickly. :D

BEWARE... may be good for a chip repair but the quality of the glass they sell is terrible. I had a dealer use them to replace a windshield for me the same day it cracked, I had the crack repaired. Within a few months I had another crack. This time I had Ala Glastek replace the glass. Two weeks later a crack appeared from the top of the windshield, they came out and said something hit it. No warranty. After 25 years of driving I have never had windshields crack so easily. Very poor quality! That's 3 cracks in two windshields and they all happened within months of Alabama glastek installing them. NEVER again will I use them for service.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!! If I could not give any stars this company would not receive one. So this one star is just for having your doors open. I had a shattered passenger window and a crack in the front windshield from a mowing accident and this company did me so wrong. I took my truck Tundra 08 (supreme condition) to have the window replaced and they did not brush off the cracked glass before putting the new window in, and they disconnected my locks on my door and left all the broken glass inside the door. They had the nerve to tell me it will eventually fall out! They did not replace all of my door clips for the inside panel on the passenger side, now I am riding around with my door panel floppy, door won't lock, glass vibrating in the door and window goes up and down extra slow with the sound of scratching glass on glass. RUN RUN RUN! I will not retract this statement because buyers should beware.
