Could not get anyone on the phone. Prompt said 'no operator available at this hour'. 10am on a non-holiday weekday? Maybe I should have called Tokyo or Madrid.

I get a call everyday from their delivery people to my personally phone number. Somewhere this company has my number down to call. So I get multiple phones call everyday from delivery men trying to call them. I called to sort this out and the operator was the rudest person I've ever talked to. She had no intention of even trying to help. She literally said I can't help you. She didn't say she would tell someone who may be able to fix it. She just didn't care. This woman should not be talking to customers. Heck, she shouldn't be talking to anyone. Someone please fix your phone numbers.

4th interview at 4 different plants. Not one plant, Mason MI, McCalla AL, Charleston WV, or Tennessee, had the decency to follow up. No rejection letters or e mails. 2 different plants said that all of the sudden the position was put on hold. Job freeze. Alabama was nice enough to fly me down and put me up in a hotel. I paid for a rental car (140.00) out of my own pocket! Was told I would be reembursed! One month later, still no e mails or letters, and no check! Being currently unemployed, 140.00 is a lot of money! If this is the way potential employees are treated, I can imagine how actual employees are treated!
