A lot on my plate. Whatever a Lebanese salad is, I'm in love.
I really want to like this place but I just leave frustrated every time. The menu is vague and confusing, despite its length. I never know exactly what's going to arrive at the table although I must admit it's always tasty. Prices are high, portions are generally small, and service is usually bad. They don't even have labels on the cakes in their pastry case, which I find a telling sign - thoughtfulness is not a guiding principle here, even though the sparse aesthetic and wholesomeness of the menu seem intended to suggest that it is. Also, why have they still not reopened the back door so guests don't have to walk all the way around the bbq joint next door?? It's very unwelcoming.
Great service and accurate order, amazing food, and great location. Everything in my order was perfect and very well organized, as was the staff when I came in to pick up. Very happy with this place Highly recommended. Make sure to park in the side North and go in the main street door.
Truly delicious vegetarian food, great service. The chili + the hummus + the baklava were all really good. Next time, I'll try one of the impressive cakes!Food: 5/5
I miss the old ceiling, decor and atmosphere and wish the mint tea refills were a bit quicker after waiting several minutes for one, but other than this, as always, Aladdins delivered. And they offer plenty of vegetarian options as well, not to mention the plating was beautiful, as usual. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options-- far more than standard! Kid-friendliness: This is a very kid-friendly space. Dietary restrictions: The menu is very clear, with an itemized list of the dietary restrictions they accomodate.
Great atmosphere and service! I had the tuna steak salad with the house special dressing. Loved the dressing and the salad was good, only ding was that my tuna was a bit overcooked.
The service staff were very kind to us, and not at all pushy when it came to choosing desserts to take home and enjoy, as a family.Food: 4/5
The staff eats here all the time and we love it! Clintonville fave for sure. From your friends at Columbus Botanical DepotFood: 5/5
The food here is good--lots of quality vegetarian options like falafel and hummus, and the selection of cakes is always excellent they're maybe not very authentically Mediterranean, but oh well. The prices are also reasonable. But the best part about this place is the staff. Very friendly and helpful, genuinely seem to want you to have a good experience. When we got our leftover hummus boxed up to go, we got extra pita without even having to ask for it. Nice!
I absolutely love the hummus here! The spicy cauliflower and raspberry green tea are also delicious. So many vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options too.
