Alaglas Fiberglass Pools

From the very beginning when meeting Andrew we were impressed!! Andrew went over everything above and beyond explaining the whole installation process. He took his time while he was in our home and even spent the extra time to get to know us. We now consider Andrew not only the greatest salesman Alaglas has, but also a great friend. We have recommended Alaglas to my husband's boss who also purchased a pool though Andrew! We could not have asked for a better experience! We love our new pool and are so glad we chose Alaglas.

Alaglas Pools fails in many ways. They charge for services not rendered ie. a crane for my pool. It was drug into my backyard using a backhoe not craned into the hole. They were scheduled for start up and equipment instruction and only showed up after multiple phone calls. They could have at least called to inform they were running late or could not come. Now I have a crack in the coping of the pool and they did not show up for the appointment to check it out. Again, a phone call goes a long way. I love my pool but only because it's a pool, NOT because of the company I purchased it from. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

I could not be more happy with everyone at Alaglas for the outstanding job that was done. From Bob the salesman, the electrician, the concrete workers, and Chris the installer and his crew. All very professional, stayed in contact with me so I knew exactly what was going on and when they would be out. Asia and Whitney at the office were so friendly when calling to set up times, and if I ever needed them I had no problem getting in touch. My pool from start to finish took less than 3 weeks, could have been less, rain held up concrete and no surprises...what was quoted is what I paid for. I did have another company come out and quote job, was not pleased with his emailed generic quote with no detail, Bob gave me a detailed quote and when I made changes completely changed quote to read that way, very satisfied with Alaglas Pools!

We've had our Alaglass pool for Over 10 years and enjoy every minute in it. Customer service has been great for the entire time we've owned it. Any problems through the years they have sent someone to my house and corrected the issue, which have all been minor but just the same they make things right. Recently, the non slip tape around the edge of the pool started coming up so I called them. This of course is a normal wear and tear problem, but they sent someone, pulled up the old tape, and replaced it with a new coat of non skid gel coating. No charge. If I ever get another pool it will be an Alaglass. And buy direct from Alaglass do not buy through a pool store like.

Our experience with Alaglas Pools was fantastic. From beginning to end, the customer service, knowledge and quality of workmanship was above and beyond our expectations. Every single person at Alaglas was polite and knowledgeable and the finished product far exceeded our expectations.
