Alamo Rent A Car

It was overall a good experience. The lady at the desk counter I believe her name was Dina if I’m not mistaken she was good service to me. Not great, but good! Could have been more warm and welcoming, but most of them are just tired and want to finish their day and go home! Understandable!!!!! However, The lady Yvonne working the parking garage area was great though, very warm and welcoming. In fact, she was the only one that I’ve noticed working the area that was like that with meArriving and departing. The others are tired, but they do their job. Her and the car that I rented are the main reasons for the Four Stars Thanks Alamo and Yvonne it meant a lot!!!! I will be back sometime.

I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Customer service was nice friendly and super helpful. No long wait times to pick up car everything was smooth. I was amazed at how easy and convenient everything was. We got a Tahoe for my whole family the price was reasonable. I would rent a car in Alamo again.

I landed at 6:20pm and had to hurry to get to the car rental office before they closed at 7, so i jumped into a cab and arrived just after 7pm. Unfortunately all the lights were turned off and it looked like they had just closed and were heading home for the night, so i tapped on the window and waved someone over, Tracy greeted me at the door and after telling her my situation "I was staying in Ko olina and had no other planned way to get there" she let me in and quickly processed my reservation. I gotta say I was super relieved she didn't pull we are closed thing and turned my away as i was only in Oahu for 3 days and that would have definitely made for a terrible start to my vacation, so i just wanted to say thank you for going the extra mile Tracy! you are what great customer service is all about! and thank you for the great mustang rental : also wanted to thank Andrew, Christian, Alfredo for staying after hours to get me on my way :

We recently used Alamo in Oahu for a week long convertible rental. We skipped the counter and went straight to the lot - the attendant there was SUPER friendly and helpful. Getting the car was super quick and easy. Cars are pretty banged up, so had to take LOTS of pics but the overall experience was really great. Would use Alamo again as the price was right and being able to skip the counter made it so easy.

Our family had such great service from the Alamo in Honolulu. We have never rented from Alamo before but the experience was excellent. They had nice cars but - more than that - their customer service was better than most of the other agencies we rented from in the past. Augustine or Augustus ?? who checked in our Van was particularly great. I really appreciated his thoroughness and high level of care. We will be renting from Alamo again. Dr. Daniel To

The service is great and beyond here. The manager on duty Ryan has great managerial skills running the operation efficiently. Other team members are super welcoming and helpful as well. The car i got had some issues but they helped switch the car quickly and saved my day! Truly appreciated.

When we arrived we were greeted by a great front desk team. Once we were called the front desk gentleman did an excellent job helping us fill out paperwork for our rental. We had already filled out the express info so we just had to sign in. While we talked he gave us a list of favorite foods and locations the locals love! He said they came up with this sheet since it’s a common question. He went above and beyond and we absolutely loved Alamo service.

I recently rented a car through the Alamo app for a vacation to Oahu. Using the app made the experience exceptional. I will do this again every time I rent a car. I was able to enter all necessary information needed so that I could skip the counter and go straight to the car. The process was so easy and seamless. There was no waiting in line after a long flight. We just got in a car and drove . Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service with quick vehicle retrieval and efficient drop-off! They didn't have a compact sedan available, so I got my free upgrade to a standard sedan. However, as I was loading up, more compact vehicles were dropped off. Supply of vehicles did not appear to be an issue. Car was exceptionally clean and gave us really great mileage 30mpg, for a total of 300 miles driven around O'ahu over the course of the week September 1 - 8. Will look to book with Alamo again next time!

Great customer service but very crowded shuttles! They ask you to take pictures of any damages to the rental cars. Also, if your departure flight is before 7am, you have to return the car to National Rental.
