First off let me start off by saying I used to rent for years at another Enterprise location near Ala Moana state beach park, which closed down during Covid, and I was hesitant, to rent from a new location . Fast forward to present, and this fantastic location a few miles from Airport, and Grade A plus staff. I had a bad experience day before with galwill not mention her name out of my own code of ethics on the phone, who did not deliver message to Manager Dane as she had promised, and I was flying in the next day. Jordan, took my escalated follow up call, when I was justifiably upset ,scrambling hours before my LAX takeoff, but like a true pro, he handled all aspects with kid white gloves first class respectful professionalism ,and best of breed customer service. He took a 10/10 nightmare, I was going to speak to regional VP of Enterprise, and hold the gal accountable, to turn around 360, writing this review to show my deep appreciation. Jordan was not there the next day, upon my flight arrival, but he had left a turn key solution, and I was in and out within 10 minutes, car was ready, fair price and this location more than cured and made up for the gals blunder. Enter Dane, the manager , with incredible people skills, and knows how to lead a great. Dane, like Luke, apologized for the experience I had the day before with the gal, and more than made a wrong situation, a great fair one, and had a deep sincerity in trying to make the client feel good. I will 1000% rent again from this location, and look forward to giving them many referrals of friends, colleagues and conference attendees. I hope Shawn D and upper executive management will take notice of the superstar staff they have, in both Dane and Jordan, and acknowledge their incredible leadership and ability to problem solve on the fly. They now have a new client, who will not hesitate to spread the word of this great dynamic duo and convenient location. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
I had a frustrating experience with EXPEDIA but when I got to ENTERPRISE they were very friendly and helpful! They made the process very easy and the assistant manager Sara was especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience for my family and I.
Best price on island I could find for a week long car rental, complementary upgrade, no wait, friendly service. Would definitely use Enterprise on Oahu again.
I rented a car online before our trip. When I arrived the model was not in stock and I received an upgrade at the agreed price without asking. No hassle. The CSR Isaac was extremely helpful with my rental, and it was an easier experience than I expected. In and out in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this office.
I reserved a car for 3 weeks Monday-Monday, and rented from an off-airport Enterprise location to get a better rate. I had to change my travel plans and return a day early. The off-airport location was closed on Sunday, so I returned my car to the airport. When I explained my situation to the Enterprise agent at the airport, he deducted one day's rental charge from my invoice and waived the return drop-off fee. Excellent customer service!
Everything went very smoothly. I am a big advocate of communication and it was excellent. From the coordination for pick up to turning in the vehicle. Friendly people and professional. Very positive experience.
The kind and helpful people working here deserve better. While waiting to return our rental car, a man approached the staff and berated them for not having enough people working the counter and the long wait time. The staff was extremely patient with this man’s poor attitude and assured him they would help him shortly. I reminded him every business is struggling with staff shortages due to covid, etc. and that he is a VISITOR to their island. Through it all, the staff was perfectly helpful and professional. I’ll always use this Enterprise location. Mahalo!
Reserved a ‘Full Size Luxury’ car months in advance. Upon arrival, they did not have a full size luxury car available. We were ‘DOWNgraded to a convertible, which did NOT meet our needs. Additionally, I had to pay the same price!! The vehicle was not cleaned properly. It had body parts hanging off of the front and had less than a half tank of fuel in it! The front desk attendant was super nice! I’ve used Enterprise for years as my ‘go to’, however, this experience will force me to consider using Hertz in the future. When I reserve and pay for something weeks in advance, it damn well better be available and ready! That’s the entire concept behind a ‘reservations’ system. And if not available, I shouldn’t get charged upgraded price and get a downgraded product! Really disappointed on this one!!!
Enterprise was amazing! With the current rental car shortage I had heard stories of waiting hours for cars that were reserved and was nervous. They had a great car for us right away with no hassle. Great price and service.
Great service they went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted.
