One place located in Hyatt in Waikiki, closes at 3:30p. What?? With flights coming in why close that early. Oh yeah, about 20 min. from airport too. Good luck getting it in time. Don't do pickup at this location, go to one on Nimitz Hwy. Plus, you have to do Uber from drop-off to airport. SO stupid! Would give 0 stars if I could!

Expensive, had. A bad experience, not kind person front desk, change the prices.. we did the trivia and subscribe and they dont apply any discount.. personal bad experience

It was very easy to rent, pickup, and drop off the car. My only recommendation is to be sure to have a credit card or else they put a significant hold on your account which you do get back if you use a debit card.

As a Hertz five star member for years, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Hertz. The front desk staff is mean and brutal, ruining our trip without even a sense.

Iman is awesome! They're very helpful and good at what they do.
