This place was horrible. I watched the cook put raw salmon on the grill with a spatula and then went over immediately and picked up my food with the same spatula . I asked them politely if they could re do my veggies because I didn’t want to get sick from the raw fish they just put on my veggies and they I turn around and put cold raw veggies on my pizza and when I asked if I could just get my money back they couldn’t give me my money back because I used my card ... never will I ever return

This shop has no clue how to operate a business! Before deciding to take my business elsewhere I've given them multiple try's based on the fact that they were new to the area and figured it was just a matter of time before they worked out the kinks. That never came to light. Complete wrong order arrived two hours after placing order. Our home is three blocks from the shop... today it was sent to the wrong address and we weren't informed so I called to check on it after an hour and 45 minutes. When asked about the multiple mistakes I was told that "mistakes are meant to happen". The foods not bad at all! Service needs a lot of fine tuning however. Just a heads up!

The pizza is good some days. I'm not pleased to see that no one uses gloves or hair nets while preparing food. The previous owners of the store "Roula" was better. I think this store is getting buisness cause it's the only pizza joint in this area and it's by the bus stop. And the customer service could use some work.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE!!!!! Ordered a pizza on a freaking Tuesday and they said “30-45 minutes wait” waited 50 minutes called the place at least 35 times. No answer. Not a single answer after 35 calls. Not one. Absolutely ridiculous. Checked my bank account and they took my money but I have no pizza. NO PIZZA. No pizza and no money. I just want some freaking pizza!!!!! I’ve never been so disrespected by a company before. I called so long it went after close. I know employees are there cleaning, just answer the phone. You took my money, answer the phone! What if a coworker’s family member is having an emergency?! Answer your freaking phone!!! Do not trust this place, do not give them your card information! Order from any other place in Philly! AVOID AVOID AVOID! They leave you with no pizza and no funds to right their wrong!!! Definitely will be calling in the morning for compensation!!! Would leave 0 stars if I could!!! If this is how they handle a Tuesday I can’t imagine a weekend! Horrible! Who treats their customers like this?!

Found this to be the best pizza within walking distance of my apartment. Then all of a sudden I noticed the store closed for a while so I googled for info. Listed as open so I called to find out if the number was disconnected. Girl who answered the phone said they are under new management and at a new location on Chew ave. Not too sure if I even want to bother trying them again at this new location just based on the reviews of the new ownership.

Food is good when you dont have to wait 2 hours for it to arrive cold and the driver pulls the food out of the truck of her car. The staff couldn't care less of a damn about retaining any of their customers. Made this mistake for the last time. TRASH

ALWAYS GREAT FOOD AT ALBA'S WERE THE DAUGHTER WITH THE PRETTY SMILE WILL TELL YOU, SHE'S SPOILED BUT THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH. But why do y'all keep forgetting my condiments, I order a salad paid for extra dressing open the bag NO DRESSING, ANOTHER DAY I ORDERED ANOTHER SALAD this time NO DRESSING AGAIN YALL SLIPPIN..

Order my foid at 909pm was told 40min now 1009pm no pizza called was told its leaving now so i waited now 1121pm still no pizza i call again was put on hold n was treated poorly as hell n told again he leaving right now im around the damn corner from them why i have to wait so long for my food just moved around here that pizza place is trash dont know how to treat people dont be like me and give them your money plz do not this is sad my kids r hungry had to feed them sonething else when i paid for money for hot pizza. If i can give them no stars i would or a negative star i would.

Gluten free pizza!!! Just ordered here for the first time. Gluten free bbq chicken pizza yummm....and, the girl told me they are pork free too I don't eat pork so now i can order sausage pizza!

The pizza was great the first time I ordered it came in 20 minutes but then the second time I ordered from here I was the first person to order a pizza in still the Lady sat outside in her car for 15 minutes with the pizza calling the wrong number she was not even at my house she was a cross the street at a retirement home still the pizza never came to my house even though the lady said she sent two different people to bring the pizza.
