"Ever since I moved to the Germantown/West Mt. Airy area ( which was about 5 years ago) I have frequent Toto's. They know me by name :-) I love this place. They are always friendly and the food is great. My fav is their chicken cheese steaks. I always get hot peppers and sometime mushrooms. Just had one last night. It was delicious as always.
Their pizza is also yummy! But Being a Philly girl, I love my chicken cheese steaks and not everyone in Philly knows how to make them. Toto's has it down. Awesome.
Even if you don't live in the area you should definitely check them out, it will be worth the trip!!!!!"
