My mom tried to go in here and got the absolute worst service. The man was rude and snappy, no wonder there’s never any cars outside. On top of him being rude to her he was so unhelpful when she had a quick question!Service: Special care fabric cleaning
I came in with my service dress blues one day and they were able to dry clean and press for me within a day...Today I had my service dress white dry clean and press and they did a great job!!! Everyone there was very friendly and greeted me as I came in and as I left. I recommend them to all military people. Thanks!!!
I moved to the area in 2010, Albano cleaners has been my number "1" Mrs. Glory the manager has been top notched. She and the crew has been like family. The entire crew does a fine job on all my clothing. Then to top it off, Mrs. Glory suggested the red bag service, now, the best service has gotten better. Thank you all for all your cleaning service and smiles, you really brighten my day.
Excellent cleaner..excellent customer service..love this cleaner. First rate. I had taken my favorite pink dress to another cleaner to get a stain out. They didnt..took it to Albano at this location and they got out the stain and no damage to the dress..love, love this Albano cleaner..
The service here was not good. The employees were very unhappy and unhelpful. It took way to long to drop off, when I called to see if it were finished there was a long silence I thought I lost connection. The clothes came out pretty good which is the only reason I gave a 2 and not less.
I've been visiting this location for about a year. The customer service is fantastic. The employees make an effort to remember your name and are personable. I would recommend this service!
Go here every week! Everything is always right and on time and everyone in there is really cool and professional. Cant say enough if you have a uniform or anything that needs to be dry cleaned I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Ruined one of my suits - I’ll be stopping by this weekend to raise hell. Missing three buttons, fraying and split fabric all over the arm, and pants look like they were chewed by a dog. Right before a three day business trip - now I’m down one suit. Not cheap, either. First time using this place, can’t believe it.
