Love this location. The staff treat me like family. Tina, Alan & Courtney always chearful & greet my wife & I will a smile and ask us how we are. The quality of the cleaning performed is always above expectations and consistent. We like the service they offer with the red dry cleaning bag that we just drop off, totally convieny when your in a hurry. I have been using this location for the past 3 years and I have been more than happy with the quality of service that we receive from this location. I highly recommend you give them a try.

We have been using Albano Cleaners at the Pleasure House Rd location for over 10 years now...ever since we moved to VA Beach. They have consistent great service and always have our order ready before or on the date promised. Every employee is courteous and efficient. Thank you all for your serving us well! Highly recommend the Red Bag service for ease of drop off and pick up!
I was once asked "who is your most valued service provider?". Without hesitation I answered Mrs.Jones and Alan at Albano Cleaners on Pleasure House! I am any drycleaners best customer or worse nightmare. I love fashion and value my vintage pieces. This team never lets me down. I am just as particular about my household linens! If you are a 'get it right the first time' person this is the team for you. They are true professionals...and they're nice too!

The company is VERY fortunate to have Tina and Alan represent Albano Cleaners in a very caring and professional manner and to be greeted as soon as you come in their store! The staff is outstanding! They are friendly, their dry cleaning service is consistent and of high quality, and the red bag service makes it so easy to drop off and pick up. I have recommended them to new neighbors for years.
The Pleasure House Albanos cleaner has by far the best customer service and attention to detail of any retail establishment that I deal with on a regular basis. Ms. Jones and Alan are a "class act" and deserve to be rated as the best in the industry.

Just wanted to say that Alan went beyond his customer service skills to accommodate me and Tina both of them made my dry cleaning very easy I just want to say thank you to both of them for the great work they did for me
SCUM, bought a brand new uniform for the Navy and brought it in to press. They washed it and if Helen Keller was alive she would have ironed it better. Uniform must have been washed with black socks. Never reimbursed my money
